Meet Therapist Whitney Mosesley.
Whitney is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a warm, compassionate, and supportive style. She brings experience working with children, teens, and adults facing challenges such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, family stress, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Whitney also has specialized experience supporting neurodivergent youth, survivors of abuse, and individuals navigating recovery or reintegration after incarceration.
She draws from a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, person-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed care - tailoring each session to her clients’ unique needs. Whitney believes therapy is a collaborative process and values honesty, trust, and open communication, creating a safe space where clients can grow, heal, and build new skills.
Outside the therapy room, Whitney enjoys time with friends and family, boxing and staying active, hosting dinner parties, traveling, and attending empowering events.
