Meet Therapist Bridget O’Donnell.
I am passionate about supporting and empowering adults of all ages through compassionate and collaborative counseling. My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and positive change when provided with a safe and supportive space to explore their experiences.
I bring experience from my work in counseling and hospital behavioral health, where I have worked with individuals navigating life experiences, behavioral health, and substance use and recovery. In addition to my counseling work, I was certified in 2018 as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in mindfulness, meditation, and trauma-informed practice. I integrate these practices to support holistic healing - honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
