Trauma profoundly influences our lens on the world, impacting emotional, physical, and mental well-being. I take an integrative approach, drawing from psychodynamic and systems perspectives to support understanding of internal experiences and their relational contexts. I create a supportive space for clients to reflect and process their experiences, while drawing on their inherent ability to heal and grow. Together, we integrate bottom-up and top-down approaches to process past experiences for a more grounded, connected, and resilient present and future.
I earned a masters degree in social work with trauma-informed certification from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor's degree from The University of Chicago in philosphy and literature. I work with individuals and couples and have training in Imago Couples Therapy from Imago Relationships North America and hold a professional certificate in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy from Fluence.
People seeking therapy services should have the opportunity to interview a potential clinician and for both client and therapist to evaluate a good therapeutic fit. Please feel free to be in touch for a brief exchange and to ask any questions before moving forward with treatment. Responses are typically within a week, but may vary based on availability.
