Meet Therapist Emily Kattner.

Emily believes that therapy should be collaborative. Together, you can explore how you view and make sense of your experiences and the world around you, patterns that occur in your relationships, and your strengths as a person. 

As a marriage and family therapist, she has experience working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. In her practice, she utilizes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systemic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She will collaborate with you to find the approach that works best for you. 

Emily has a background in childcare and creative writing, both of which have fostered curiosity, warmth, and open-mindedness in her as a person, and as a therapist. She looks forward to meeting you where you are at – walking with her clients as they learn and grow is her greatest honor.
